Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, items can be returned within 14 days. Returns can be made on orders that we have sent out or have been collected.

Once an order has been sent or collected, goods can be returned for a full refund, provided they are in the original packaging and unused. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

• All refunds/credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. During busy periods this time period may need to be extended.

• Credit/Debit card transactions will only be credited to the original card used. Please Note: We are unable to accept returns of some products due to their perishable nature including cement and plaster.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be accepted within our branches, however please advise the branch by 1pm the day before the delivery is due. Once good have been loaded onto the lorry, a cancellation may be subject to an administration charge.

Click and Collect orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled collection directly with the branch.

If Click and Collect orders are not collected, they will be returned to stock and your account will be refunded/credited within 14 days.
